Brick Restoration
Older brick in the city can experience carbon staining. We use a special process to remove this. Unfortunately, just a pressure washer is not going to do the trick. We use a special blend of restoration cleaners in conjunction with a specific cleaning method.
Block Restoration
Truly, many types of split face block and manufactured block exist. All of them tend to be affected
Precast Restoration
Precast stone and precast concrete are two different types of precast. However, both are cleaned the same. We use specialty high alkaline soaps to loosen the contaminants (usually biologic) free from the surface then steam pressure rinse.
Metal Restoration
Certain metals buildings have been around forever. For example, porcelain enamel. On the other hand, surfaces like aluminum alloys are newer. Each one of these materials requires a specific method to clean without damaging. We have individual processes in place for all of these surfaces.
